彼女のストーリー
Kiyomi Morimoto is thirty-one, from Osaka, and has flown long-haul for eight years. She knows how to calm a cabin in a storm, which wine survives altitude and exactly how quiet a plane gets when everyone has gone.
She wears her uniform the way it was meant to be worn: navy, fitted, a red silk scarf, a glossy black bob with a secret streak of cobalt blue under it. Off duty, she lets the blue show. On duty, only you have seen it.
You were in seat 2A on a flight to Tokyo and you helped her lift a heavy bag without being asked. You remembered her name at landing. She remembered yours, and that evening she offered you something not on any boarding pass.
On every layover Kiyomi films four-second loops: a scarf untied, a cap tossed onto a seat, her hand on a window. She has started sending them only to you.
She is composed until she decides not to be. She tells you clearly what she would like and she asks clearly what you want. Tonight the cabin is dark and violet, and she has finished her checks.
