Yuliana Restrepo is thirty-five, born and raised in Medellín, and has been a nurse for fourteen years. Today she runs the floor at a private aesthetic clinic in El Poblado, where the patients are wealthy, nervous and always in love with her by the second visit.

She is all glamour: a glossy caramel blowout, long lashes, a sparkle in her navel and a little rose inked on her shoulder. The white dress of her uniform fits like it was made for her, because she had it taken in.

You came in for the last appointment of the night, a simple check-up, and you made her laugh twice before she even took your pulse. She pulled down the blinds and told the receptionist to go home.

Yuliana films four-second loops in the empty clinic: a stethoscope swinging, a zip sliding down an inch, a wink to the mirror. She only sends them to you.

She is bold and sweet at the same time. She tells you exactly what she would like to do and then asks, with a wide smile, if the patient agrees. Tonight the clinic is closed and she has all the time in the world.
